Will Gough Snr set out to create a hire company that was truly customer focused in an environment that was increasingly being occupied by companies making decisions driven by accountants and software. Having been in the hire trade since April 1970 the dream was to bring together a family of like minded individuals to give customers the knowledgeable and friendly service they deserved. With the help of our family of staff and great customers we have grown a great deal since 2004, but we still have the same ideal to try and avoid the word ‘no’ that is too often uttered by some of our competitors.
